Dr. Jonathan Arad MD, FACS, is a board-certified surgeon specializing in Vein & Pain management. He received his medical degree through Columbia University’s Medical School for International Health under their international program in Israel.
His interest in medicine was sparked when he started volunteering at a local hospital where his father was an emergency room physician. Observing the synchronized patient care in the emergency room led to his passion for the medical field and his love for helping people.
In medical school, Dr. Arad gravitated towards surgery because it allowed him to provide immediate relief to patients’ pain. He finds immense satisfaction in seeing patients walk out feeling better than when they arrived. Dr. Arad ensures that no patient leaves his care without positive results and improved function and quality of life, whether it’s addressing skin discoloration, ulcers, or varicose and spider veins. He understands that each patient has a unique story and truly listens to his patients to develop individualized treatment plans.
Dr. Arad enjoys staying current on new technologies and the constant advancements in minimally invasive procedures. He finds it rewarding being able to provide his patients with techniques that offer more precision, faster recovery times, and better outcomes.
Dr. Arad is passionate about educating his patients, which inspired him to establish Premier Mobile Screenings. His team provides health screenings in the community, connecting with people and educating them about their health. They address questions and dispel misconceptions, making a positive impact on the community’s well-being.
In his personal life, Dr. Arad cherishes family time. He and his wife love to travel with their two young children, exploring new places and experiencing different cultures. This balance between his professional and personal life keeps him grounded and fulfilled.
