Specializing in minimally invasive abdominal and hernia surgery, Dr. Joseph Iraci is committed to providing compassionate, personalized care to his patients.
Dr. Iraci graduated as valedictorian from Fordham University and New York Medical College. Following this, he completed his surgical residency training at Lenox Hill Hospital and pursued fellowship training at The University of Pittsburgh. Since beginning his surgical practice in 1983, Dr. Iraci has been Board Certified in Surgery and Critical Care Medicine and has earned the esteemed title of Fellow of the American College of Surgeons.
He comes from a distinguished lineage of doctors, deeply instilled with the belief that it is both a duty and a privilege to guide patients through their medical journeys. He is dedicated to getting to know his patients on a personal level, firmly believing that building confidence is the cornerstone of effective medical care.
Dr. Iraci enjoys being able to serve patients at Premier Health Group. From his experience, individuals suffering from abdominal and pelvic wall dysfunction and groin pain are often bounced from specialist to specialist and offered no solution to their issues. That’s why Dr Iraci says being able to provide his patients at Premier Health Group a cure is so rewarding because “you share in their thankfulness and joy.”.
In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his family, playing tennis, and traveling with his wife who is a published fiction author.
