Meet the Leadership Team

David Del Vecchio serves as Chief Executive Officer of Premier Health Group, where he leads the organization’s growth, culture, and strategic direction across multiple service lines. 

His experience spans start-up growth, multi-site healthcare operations, mergers and acquisitions, and business development, with a focus on scaling provider-service organizations. 

David began his career as a Doctor of Physical Therapy and founded Princeton Physical Therapy Group, growing the practice to six locations before its acquisition by Professional Physical Therapy in 2016. He later founded Curalta Health, one of the largest podiatry platform organizations in the Northeast. 

Throughout his career, David has helped start, acquire, or integrate more than 100 businesses, primarily across healthcare and provider services. 

Brian S. Oliff serves as Chief Development Officer of Premier Health Group, where he leads strategic growth initiatives and partnership development across the organization. 

With over 30 years of experience on the business side of healthcare, Brian has worked closely with physicians, healthcare providers, and patient communities to expand access to specialized care. He previously founded Medical Consulting Services, LLC, where he focused on connecting patients, including union members, to specialty services and building strong provider networks. 

Dr. Jonathan Arad is Chief of Surgery at Premier Health Group, where he leads surgical services and helps drive clinical strategy and program development across the organization. He played a central role in building and expanding many of the group’s integrated care initiatives and procedural programs. 

Board-certified in Surgery, Dr. Arad’s primary focus is the treatment of varicose veins, venous insufficiency, and vascular-related pain. He specializes in minimally invasive vein procedures and ablations, delivering comprehensive, patient-centered care within a collaborative multispecialty model. 

Dr. Michelle Molina is Chief Medical Officer at Premier Health Group, where she oversees clinical operations, leads advanced practice providers, and develops integrated programs across the organization’s multispecialty network. 

Board-certified in Neurology, Dr. Molina brings a strong clinical background to her leadership role, with a focus on building scalable care models and advancing services across women’s health, pain management, vascular care, and wellness. She is known for aligning clinical strategy with operational workflows to create more connected, consistent care across multiple locations. 

Samantha Sinatra serves as Chief Operating Officer of Premier Health Group with 15+ years of experience scaling operations across multi-site and multi-state healthcare organizations. She partners with physicians and leaders to improve operational performance, strengthen financial outcomes, and expand access to care. 

Her experience includes leading service line growth initiatives and driving operational transformations within private practice healthcare organizations. She has led EMR transitions, access and call center redesigns, and initiatives that improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance patient experience. 

She is a servant leader aligning people, process, and technology to drive sustainable growth. 

Matthew is Vice President of Marketing at Premier Health Group, where he leads marketing strategy and business development across the organization’s clinical entities. 

He brings a background in law and sales to his work in healthcare marketing and growth. 

Paul Molina is Vice President of Finance at Premier Health Group, where he leads financial operations and supports strategic growth across multiple service lines. 

With over 15 years of experience in accounting and finance, Paul brings a background spanning healthcare and retail organizations. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Financial Economics from Binghamton University and a Master of Science in Accountancy from Baruch College. 

Greg Byrne is Senior Director of Clinical Operations at Premier Health Group, where he supports the design and scaling of a connected, diagnostic-driven clinical model across a growing network of clinics and partnerships. 

A licensed Physical Therapist with over 11 years of experience in healthcare, including 6 years in operations, he focuses on building integrated care pathways that improve patient flow, clinical decision-making, and outcomes. 

Janelle Leon leads corporate development, strategic partnerships, and growth initiatives across Premier Health Group. 

With experience in multi-specialty healthcare environments, she supports partnership development, physician recruitment, and expansion opportunities across the organization. Her work focuses on strengthening relationships, identifying growth opportunities, and supporting Premier Health Group’s continued expansion across its markets.
